ALLAZO MANAGEMENT LLC · WHAT WE DO
Four Ways to Engage.
One Standard of Delivery.
Every engagement uses the same empirical framework — the same five protocols, the same evidence base, the same standard of rigour. What changes is the scope, the duration, and the depth of our involvement in your programme.
All engagements are available to banks, broker-dealers, and insurers operating under regulatory programme obligations. We work within your existing structure, not alongside it.
WHY OUR DELIVERY MODEL IS DIFFERENT
Principal-led from start to finish. No staffing downgrade after the contract signs.
Allazo is a principal-led firm. Every engagement is delivered by a senior practitioner with 15+ years at Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks — not by a mixed team of consultants with a partner at the top of the pyramid.
Without a pyramid, there is no senior-to-junior handoff after the proposal stage. The practitioner who scopes the engagement is the practitioner who attends your steering committee, reads every status update, and owns the regulatory cadence. The work stays continuous because the person doing it stays continuous.
This is the trade. You get senior delivery backed by the only published empirical research on programme health reporting at this scale — 22 audited white papers, 34 of 34 statistics confirmed, zero discrepancies. We stay small enough to keep the work principal-led, end to end.
THE ENGAGEMENT MODELS
ENGAGEMENT 01 · FIXED SCOPE
Diagnostic Sprint
Four to six weeks
FIXED SCOPE · NO PROCUREMENT REQUIRED
A structured, time-limited assessment of your programme portfolio against the five Allazo protocols. We examine your current RAG reporting, governance infrastructure, workstream health, and regulatory milestone tracking.
You receive a board-ready report: a full programme health audit, gap identification, and a prioritised remediation roadmap.
Designed to begin within two weeks of instruction. No procurement process required. No extended scoping exercise. You get an independent view of your programme health before the regulator does.
Fixed scope · Board-ready output · Pre-procurement engagement
ENGAGEMENT 02 · EMBEDDED
Embedded Senior PM
Twelve-month typical engagement
3-5 DAYS PER WEEK · PRINCIPAL-LED
A senior programme professional embedded within your team. Attending SteerCo. Managing workstream leads. Owning the regulatory reporting cadence. Building the governance infrastructure that consent orders, enforcement actions, and regulatory deadlines require.
This is not advisory work. We are inside the programme, doing the work, accountable to the same milestones your regulator expects you to meet. When the monitor arrives, you are prepared.
Consent order · Enforcement · M&A integration · Cross-border programmes
ENGAGEMENT 03 · RETAINER
Governance Retainer
Twelve-month minimum retainer
1-2 DAYS PER WEEK · ONGOING GOVERNANCE
Ongoing fractional access to Allazo’s regulatory intelligence, programme oversight, and framework. Regular portfolio health review using the five protocols, monthly governance cadence, and early-warning monitoring calibrated to your specific regulatory context — enforcement action, mandate deadline, or threshold approach.
Designed for institutions that have internal delivery capacity but need an independent governance layer. The Allazo framework applied continuously, not episodically.
Fractional senior input · Post-enforcement sustainability · Threshold monitoring
ENGAGEMENT 04 · FULL PROGRAMME
Programme Director
Eighteen to twenty-four month engagement
PRINCIPAL-LED · FULL PROGRAMME ACCOUNTABILITY
Allazo leads the programme end-to-end. We are accountable to your board and to your regulator. We bring the framework, the governance infrastructure, the regulatory relationship management, and the delivery discipline. Your internal teams operate within a programme structure calibrated to what examiners actually look for.
Reserved for programmes where the consequences of failure are material and where internal leadership capacity is the constraint. The highest-engagement Allazo model.
Major consent orders · Cross-border regulatory builds · Chartering programmes
SPECIALIST CAPABILITY
Building a Bank to Examiner Standard
Obtaining an OCC national bank charter or a state banking licence is one of the most programme-intensive regulatory processes in financial services. The same five protocols that frame Allazo’s consent-order remediation work apply directly: evidence-backed status, instrumented escalation, two-period recovery validation, and disciplined governance from Day One. We bring that framework to chartering and new-bank governance build engagements.
CHARTER APPLICATION GOVERNANCE
OCC Licence & State Charter
Charter applications are evaluated by the OCC and state regulators on whether the applicant can demonstrate credible, examiner-ready operating infrastructure from Day One. The Allazo framework provides the governance discipline required — instrumented status reporting, evidence-backed assertions, documented escalation pathways. The same disciplines that consent-order remediation programmes are required to demonstrate after the fact, applied before the regulator asks.
The framework applies to charter application governance, examiner-readiness preparation, and the operating infrastructure new banks must demonstrate.
Application governance · Examiner readiness · Day One infrastructure design
PROGRAMME INFRASTRUCTURE BUILD
Day One Governance from Scratch
New banks face a version of the same governance challenge as banks under enforcement: they must demonstrate credible programme infrastructure to a regulator with no historical track record to rely on. The Allazo framework — built from measured patterns of how established institutions’ programmes succeed and fail — provides the governance design a new institution can apply from Day One.
The reporting architecture, RAG framework, milestone tracking, risk and control evidence base, and board reporting cadence — calibrated to what examiners look for.

MATCH YOUR SITUATION
Your Situation. The Right Engagement.
Which engagement model matches your current regulatory position. If you are not sure, the 15-minute introduction is designed to answer that question.
ENFORCEMENT ACTION RECEIVED
Consent order, MRA, C&D, or formal agreement has been issued.
Typical path: start with Diagnostic Sprint to baseline programme health against the five protocols, then transition to Embedded Senior PM for delivery to monitor sign-off.
DIAGNOSTIC SPRINT → EMBEDDED PM
Typically 12-18 months
M&A REGULATORY CLEARANCE
Deal announced. Multiple regulators. Day One deadline fixed.
Typical path: Programme Director engagement from Day -60 (pre-signing) through Day +365 (post-close stabilisation). Cross-border clearance, IHC formation, integration PMO.
PROGRAMME DIRECTOR

Typical path: Embedded Senior PM for the duration of the mandate, with Diagnostic Sprint optional at kick-off to define the remediation roadmap.
EMBEDDED SENIOR PM
12 months typical
POST-ENFORCEMENT SUSTAINABILITY
Monitor has departed. Governance rigour must persist.
Typical path: Governance Retainer. Fractional senior input, regular governance cadence, Allazo framework applied continuously.
GOVERNANCE RETAINER
12-month minimum
EXPLORATORY / UNCERTAIN
Not sure if your situation warrants an engagement yet.
Start with the 15-minute introduction. No pitch deck, no procurement process, no obligation. We will tell you honestly whether Allazo is the right fit — and if not, where it might be.
15-MINUTE INTRODUCTION
Complimentary · No obligation
HOW WE START
A 15-Minute Introduction. No Pitch Deck.
Every Allazo engagement begins with a 15-minute call. We ask about your current programme portfolio, your regulatory context, and where you are feeling pressure. You get an honest view of whether Allazo is the right fit. If it is, the path forward is straightforward.
STEP 01
15-Minute Introduction
A direct conversation about your regulatory situation and what you need. No pitch. No credentials presentation. We ask three questions: what regulatory obligation is driving the programme, what does your governance look like, and where is the pressure building. You decide whether to continue.
STEP 02
Fixed-Scope Diagnostic
If there is a fit, we begin with the Diagnostic Sprint — the same engagement described above (Engagement 01). Fixed scope, four to six weeks, no procurement process required. We assess your programme against the five Allazo protocols and deliver a board-ready report. This engagement can stand alone, or can open a longer commitment.
STEP 03
Embedded Engagement
If the diagnostic identifies gaps worth addressing — which it consistently does — we propose an embedded engagement matched to the scale and duration of your regulatory obligation. Embedded PM, Governance Retainer, or Programme Director, depending on the scope.
